About Us
Malaby Biogas, and its sister company Malaby Martin Ltd, are based in Braford on Avon in Wiltshire. Malaby Martin has been a property development business specialising in the rural redevelopment for over 10 years. It is a conscientious company which has worked to marry sustainability and tradition in a modern context. It aims to provide energy efficient properties using local labour and products wherever possible. After considerable research into the issues surrounding sustainability, renewable energy, development & construction Malaby Biogas was established to provide integrated solutions to development using AD technology.
Malaby Martin was awarded the Design & Built In Award for its redevelopment of West Farm Barns at Knook. A cornerstone of this award was their collaborative approach in planning the project. By seeking the input of stakeholders such as officials, neighbours and project professionals at the early stages an integrated and successful design was delivered and recognised as a model for redevelopment projects. This integrated approach has been equally crucial in delivering a truly exemplar scheme at Bore Hill Farm. Balancing diverse opinions, technical requirements and economic demands while maintaing an overarching vision requires consideration &commitment. The vision for Bore Hill Farm has been secured and the experience to deliver it is proven. A bright and innovative future for Bore Hill Farm is becoming a reality.
By combining strong ethical discipline, a practical focus on project delivery & inplementing the benefits of local solutions, Malaby Biogas will be able to provide a clean & efficient waste processing capacity and renewable energy that the local area can be proud of. Integration, efficiency & sustainability are key ideas that drive our ambition for a sustainable environment.
